These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SenjaroPay website, merchant portal, APIs, payment links, virtual card features, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
These Terms are effective as of June 29, 2026.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. Merchants must provide accurate business and contact information during onboarding and keep account details current.
We may approve, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion to comply with law, manage risk, prevent fraud, or enforce these Terms.
SenjaroPay provides payment collection, settlement, wallet management, virtual card tools, payment links, and related merchant services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, network rules, and our acceptable use standards.
You may not use the Services to engage in illegal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, deceptive practices, unauthorized data collection, interference with platform security, or any activity that could harm SenjaroPay, customers, partners, or payment networks.
As a merchant, you are responsible for:
Fees, settlement timing, supported payment methods, and transaction limits may be described in your merchant agreement, pricing schedule, or dashboard. We may update fees or service features with notice where required.
You are responsible for determining and remitting applicable taxes, duties, and regulatory charges related to your business activities.
If you access SenjaroPay APIs or developer tools, you must follow our documentation, authentication requirements, rate limits, and security practices. API keys and secrets must be stored securely and must not be exposed in client-side code or public repositories.
We may monitor API usage to maintain service integrity, prevent abuse, and protect the platform.
SenjaroPay and its licensors own all rights in the Services, software, branding, documentation, and related materials. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights except the limited right to use the Services as permitted.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly allowed by law or written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security or compliance risk, or are required to do so by law or a payment partner.
Upon termination, you remain responsible for outstanding obligations, chargebacks, refunds, fees, and records required by law.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation of the Services.
SenjaroPay does not guarantee approval of any account, transaction, payout, or integration with third-party networks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SenjaroPay and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the fees paid by you to SenjaroPay in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a higher limit is required by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SenjaroPay from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your products or services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction specified in your merchant agreement or, if none is specified, the laws of Tanzania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes should first be raised with our support team. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through the dispute resolution process stated in your merchant agreement or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
